Llys Neifion is a spacious 4 bedroom house and sleeps up to 7 people.

· Master bedroom, complete with en-suite shower room and built in wardrobe. Again stunning views of Cardigan Bay.

· Large twin room with two single beds, built in cupboards and stunning views of Cardigan Bay.

Kitchen – electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and breakfast bar.
Dining room - open plan to the kitchen this room has a dining table with seating for 8 people.
Utility room – washing machine and tumble dryer.
Living room – 32” TV, ‘comfy’ seating for 7 people, electric feature fire and coffee tables.
Double Bedroom – king-size bed with new memory foam mattress, two bedside tables and lamps, two wardrobes, chest of drawers, mirror and 17” TV/DVD.
Single Bedroom – single bed with new memory foam mattress, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 17“ TV/DVD.
Wet Room – Toilet, sink and accessible walk in shower.
First Floor
Master Bedroom - king-size bed with new memory foam matress, two bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobe and shelves, chest of drawers, mirror and 17" TV/DVD player. En-suite has a double sized shower, toilet, sink and ample storage space.
Main Bathroom - featuring a large ‘P-shaped’ shower, toilet, sink, large bath and built in storage.
Twin Bedroom - two single beds, two wardrobes, two bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, and 17" TV/DVD player.
Garden - Lawned garden with outdoor seating and barbecue.
Further Details:
Bed linen and bath towels are provided for use in the house only. You should provide your own beach towels.
A cot and highchair are available on request by prior arrangement, however you will need to bring your own cot linen.
This is a strictly non-smoking establishment and unfortunately pets are not allowed.
